Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Novets Photobooth! We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before your event will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 72 hours before your event will forfeit the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes your event date may need to change. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 4 days before your original event date. There will be a $50 fee for rescheduling depending on availability.

Weather Conditions

We strive to provide our services as planned. However, we understand that severe weather conditions can pose safety risks or significantly impact the enjoyment of your event.In the event of a disastrous occurrence, outside the control of either party’s control such as, but not limited to:

  • A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or
  • Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Company Cancellations

In the rare event that  Novets Photo Booth must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of all monies paid. We will also work diligently to find a suitable alternative photo booth rental company for your event.

  • This cancellation policy applies to all bookings for selfie and 360 photo booth rentals.
  • We encourage you to review this policy carefully before booking your event.
  • By booking with Novets PhotoBooth, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
